It is He who produced for you hearing, and eyes, and hearts; little thanks you show. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and for Him are the alternations of night and day; so do you not have sense? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “To Whom does the earth and all that is in it belong to, if you know?” 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
