The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger sent to you. 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
