The food of the Zakkum tree 43 The food of sinners. 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
