If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? 68 We did not teach him (Muhammad) poetry, nor was he supposed to be a poet. It is only the word (of God) and the illustrious Quran 69 So that he may warn him who is alive and feels, and justify the word against those who do not believe. 70 Do they not see the cattle among things We have fashioned by Our power, which they own, 71 Whom We made subservient to them so that some of them they ride and some they eat? 72 other uses also they have in them, and beverages. What, will they not be thankful? 73 Yet they have taken, apart from God, gods; haply they might be helped. 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 Therefore let not their speech grieve you; surely We know what they do in secret and what they do openly. 76 Has the human not seen how We created him from a drop (of sperm)? Yet he is a clear opponent. 77 And he has struck for Us a similitude and forgotten his creation; he says, 'Who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed?' 78 Say: 'He will quicken them who originated them the first time; He has knowledge of every creation; 79 He who produces fire for you from green trees and from this you kindle fire." 80 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yea! and He is the Creator (of all), the Knower. 81 His command, when He intends anything, is only to say to it: Be, so it is. 82 Limitless, then, in His glory is He in whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things; and unto Him you all will be brought back! 83
