Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I do not need to swear by what you see 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he (Muhammad SAW) had forged a false saying concerning Us (Allah), 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
