Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And exalted your fame? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
