The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
