The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
