Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe to those who pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Who dissimulate 6 and refuse charity. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
