Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of darkness as it descends, 3 from the evil of those who practice witchcraft 4 And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
