And recite in the Book the account of Moses. He was a chosen one, a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 We called him from the right slope of the Mount, and brought him nigh in communion. 52 From Our Mercy We gave him, his brother Aaron, a Prophet. 53 And remember Ismail in the Book; he was indeed true to his promise and was a Noble Messenger, a Prophet. 54 And he was wont to command his household to the prayer and the poor-rate, and he was with his Lord an approved one. 55 And mention in the Book Idris; he was a true man, a Prophet. 56 and We exalted him to a lofty position. 57 These are (some of) those who were favoured by God among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and of those We bore in the ark with Noah, and the offspring of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and We chose, for they bowed weeping in adoration when the revelations of Ar-Rahman were recited to them. ۩ 58 ۞ But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil - 59 except he who repents and believes and does good works; those shall be admitted to Paradise and shall not be wronged in any way. 60 Theirs shall be the Gardens of Eden, which the All Merciful has promised to His servants without their having seen them, and most surely His promise shall be fulfilled. 61 They will not hear therein anything vain, only greetings of peace. They will receive their provision there morning and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall cause those of Our servants who have been God-fearing to inherit. 63 And we do not descend but by the command of your Lord; to Him belongs whatever is before us and whatever is behind us and whatever is between these, and your Lord is not forgetful. 64 "Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and of all that is between them; so worship Him, and be constant and patient in His worship: knowest thou of any who is worthy of the same Name as He?" 65
