▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 preferring the present life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
