Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8
