The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
