Al-Hijjr 4 of 6
VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them of Abraham's guests, 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 Abraham said: "What, do you give me this tiding though old age has smitten me? Just consider what tiding do you give me!" 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 He replied: 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, except those that are astray? 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
