And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
