The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
