Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 among gardens and fountains, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
