۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
