Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God,] 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
