Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A burning fire. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
