Believers, seek assistance in patience and prayer, Allah is with those who are patient. 153 And do not say of those who are slain in the way of Allah, "they are dead." In fact, they are alive but you do not perceive that life. 154 Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere, 155 when a misfortune comes to them, they say, "We are Allah's and we shall certainly return to Him,'' 156 are the ones who will have blessings and mercy from their Lord: it is they who are on the right path! 157 ۞ Safa and Marwa are among the waymarks of God; so whosoever makes the Pilgrimage to the House, or the Visitation, it is no fault in him to circumambulate them; and whoso volunteers good, God is All-grateful, All-knowing 158 Surely those who conceal the clear proofs and the guidance that We revealed after We made it clear in the Book for men, these it is whom Allah shall curse, and those who curse shall curse them (too). 159 Except those who repent and amend and make manifest (the truth), these it is to whom I turn (mercifully); and I am the Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful. 160 Surely those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers, these it is on whom is the curse of Allah and the angels and men all; 161 Abiding in it; their chastisement shall not be lightened nor shall they be given respite. 162 Your Allah is One Allah; there is no Allah save Him, the Beneficent, the Merciful. 163
