And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 But does not man call to mind that We created him before out of nothing? 67 So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees. 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 Then We shall deliver those who have feared, and shall have the wrong-doers therein kneeling. 72 AS IT IS, whenever Our messages are conveyed to them in all their clarity, those who are bent on denying the truth are wont to say unto those who have attained to faith: "Which of the two kinds of man is in a stronger position and superior as a community?" 73 And how many a generation We destroyed before them, who were fairer in furnishing and outward show! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Have you seen him who denies the truth in Our revelations and says, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious? 78 Indeed not. We shall record what he says and shall prolong the punishment for him. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 Instead, they shall reject their worship, and become adversaries against them. 82
