Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By (the winds) that scatter dust. 1 and those that bear the burden [of the rain], 2 by the ships which smoothly sail on the oceans, 3 Then by oath of those which distribute by the command. 4 indeed, that which you are promised is true, 5 and surely the Doom is about to fall! 6 By the heaven full of paths, 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 He is turned away from it who would be turned away. 9 May the conjecturers perish, 10 they who blunder along, in ignorance lost 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 Upon the day when they shall be tried at the Fire: 13 "Taste you your trial (burning)! This is what you used to ask to be hastened!" 14 The righteous shall live among gardens and fountains, 15 Taking that which their Lord will vouchsafe unto hem. Verily they have been before that well-doers. 16 They used to sleep only a little during the night. 17 And in the morning they asked forgiveness. 18 And in their wealth and possessions (was remembered) the right of the (needy,) him who asked, and him who (for some reason) was prevented (from asking). 19 And in the earth are signs for those who are certain. 20 just as [there are signs thereof] within your own selves: can you not, then, see? 21 And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised. 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak. 23
