Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth extols Allah's glory. His is the sovereignty and to Him is all praise due; He has power over everything. 1 It is He who created you. Amongst you is an unbeliever and amongst you is a believer. Allah sees the things you do. 2 He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, and He shaped you, and shaped you well; and unto Him is the homecoming. 3 He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, and He knoweth whatsoever ye keep secret, and whatsoever ye make known; and Allah is the Knower of whatsoever is in the breasts. 4 Has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before? So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment. 5 That is because, when their Messengers came to them with clear proofs they said: 'Shall humans be our guides' They disbelieved and turned away, but Allah was not in need (of them). Allah is the Rich and the Praised. 6 Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy." 7 Wherefore believe in Allah and His apostle and the Light which We have sent down: And Allah is of that which ye work Aware. 8 The day when He will gather you, on the Day of Collective Assembly – that is the day when the loss of the losers will be laid bare; and whoever believes in Allah and does good deeds, Allah will relieve him of his sins and admit him into Gardens beneath which rivers flow, for them to abide in it forever; this is the greatest success. 9 And those who disbelieved and denied Our signs, are the people of the fire – to remain in it forever; and what a wretched outcome! 10
