▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors would you then deny? 51 Therein are two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 53 They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). 54 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 jinn and mankindîwhich of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 Which of the laudable attributes of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 61 And besides these two are two (other) gardens: 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 The greenest of green pastures. 64 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 65 In both of them are two springs, spouting. 66 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 69 Therein will be maidens chaste and beautiful. 70 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 71 Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;- 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Untouched before them by man or jinni - 74 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fine carpets. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Honor! 78
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
