For any who fears to stand before his Lord are two Gardens. 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 (The dwellers of Paradise) will recline on couches lined with silk brocade and it will be easy to reach the ripe fruits from the two gardens. 54 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 55 In them shall be those who restrained their eyes; before them neither man nor jinni shall have touched them. 56 jinn and mankindîwhich of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 57 (In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 The reward of goodness shall be nothing but goodness. 60 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 Dark green (in colour). 64 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 65 In both of them are two springs gushing forth. 66 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 73 Whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them - 74 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
