If We extend anyone's life, We reverse his development. Can they not use their reason? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 So that he may warn him who is alive and feels, and justify the word against those who do not believe. 70 Observe they not that We have created for them, of that which Our hands have worked, cattle: so that they are their owners. 71 Whom We made subservient to them so that some of them they ride and some they eat? 72 From cattle they get milk and other benefits. Will they not then give thanks? 73 And they have taken besides Allah aliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so called gods). 74 They cannot help them, for them (the so called) army are brought (with them to Hell). 75 So let not their speech, then, grieve you (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, We know what they conceal and what they reveal. 76 Does not man see that We created him from a drop. Yet there he is, flagrantly contentious, 77 And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away? 78 Say: He will revive them Who produced them at the first, for He is Knower of every creation, 79 He who produces fire for you from green trees and from this you kindle fire." 80 Is the One who has created the heavens and the earth not able to create another creature like the human being? He certainly has the power to do so. He is the Supreme Creator and is All-knowing. 81 His Being alone is such that when He wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, "Be" — and it is. 82 So glory be to Him who has control over all things. It is to Him that you will all be brought back. 83

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
