The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
