Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
