And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
