Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Indeed your Lord only will raise them all on the Day of Resurrection; indeed only He is Wise, All Knowing. 25
