3/4 Hizb 52

And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein 16 When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left. 17 Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it). 18 The palsy of death will surely come. This is what you wished to avert. 19 And the trumpet shall be blown; that is the day of the threatening. 20 Every soul will be accompanied (by an angel) behind him and another as a witness. 21 [and will be told:] "Indeed, unmindful hast thou been of this [Day of Judgment]; but now We have lifted from thee thy veil, and sharp is thy sight today!" 22 His (angelic) companion will say, "(Lord), the record of his deeds is with me and is all ready". 23 [Allah will say], "Throw into Hell every obstinate disbeliever, 24 every hinderer of the good, transgressor, disquieter, 25 "Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty." 26 ۞ His companion will say: O our Lord! caused him not to transgress but he was himself in error far off. 27 (It was said): “Do not remonstrate in My presence. I had warned you. 28 The judgment passed by Me shall not be altered; but never do I do the least wrong unto My creatures!" 29
