And recall what time Musa said unto his page: I shall not cease until I reach the confluence of the two seas, or I shall go on for ages. 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" 63 He said: This is that which we have been seeking. So they retraced their steps again. 64 and there they found one of Our servants upon whom We had bestowed Our mercy, and to whom We had imparted a special knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me! 67 How could you be patient in matters beyond your knowledge?" 68 Moses said, "If God wishes, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey any of your orders." 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
