What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
