Warnings also came to the Pharaonites, 41 They denied all Our signs, We therefore seized them – the seizure of the Most Honourable, the All Powerful. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 Soon will their multitude be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 And every thing they did is in the scriptures, 52 Every matter, small and great, is on record. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 In a good seat, near a Sovereign Omnipotent. 55
