[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
