The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the night when it covers 1 by the day when it appears radiant, 2 And by Him Who created male and female; 3 Verily, [O men,] you aim at most divergent ends! 4 As for him who gives and is godfearing 5 And (in all sincerity) testifies to the best,- 6 We shall ease the way of fortune for him. 7 But as for one who is miserly and unheeding, 8 And gives the lie to Al-Husna (see Verse No: 6 footnote); 9 We shall pave his way to hardship, 10 Nor will his wealth profit him when he falls headlong (into the Pit). 11 Indeed, Guidance is Ours, 12 And to Us belong the End and the Beginning. 13 Therefor have I warned you of the flaming Fire 14 None shall enter it save the most wretched, 15 who denied [the truth], and turned away. 16 and from which the cautious shall be distanced. 17 who spend for the cause of God and purify themselves. 18 And have in their minds no favour from anyone for which a reward is expected in return, 19 Other than seeking the glory of his Lord, most high, 20 And presently he shall become well pleased. 21
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
