Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
