▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord, there will be two Gardens- 46 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 47 Full of overhanging branches -- 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 In both of them are two fountains flowing. 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In [each of] these two will two kinds of every fruit be [found]. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 They will recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruits of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 There will be bashful maidens untouched by mankind or jinn before. 56 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 57 As though rubies and pearls. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 59 The reward of goodness shall be nothing but goodness. 60 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Dark green [in color]. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 Wherein are two abundant springs. 66 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 67 Therein will be fruits and dates and pomegranates. 68 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 69 In these [gardens] will be [all] things most excellent and beautiful. 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 Houris (beautiful, fair females) restrained in pavilions; 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 74 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie? 75 [In such a paradise will they dwell,] reclining upon meadows green and carpets rich in beauty. 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
