The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Alif Lam Mim. 1 This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah - 2 Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them; 3 Who believe in that which has been sent down to you (Prophet Muhammad) and what has been sent down before you (to Prophets Jesus and Moses) and firmly believe in the Everlasting Life. 4 It is they who are on guidance from their Lord; and they are the successful. 5 Surely those who disbelieve, it being alike to them whether you warn them, or do not warn them, will not believe. 6 God has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and over their eyes is a veil; and awesome suffering awaits them. 7
