O Prophet, enjoin your wives and your daughters and the believing women, to draw a part of their outer coverings around them. It is likelier that they will be recognised and not molested. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease (evil desire for adultery, etc.), and those who spread false news among the people in AlMadinah, cease not, We shall certainly let you overpower them, then they will not be able to stay in it as your neighbours but a little while. 60 They shall be cursed from all around and they shall be ruthlessly killed wherever they are seized. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 People ask you about the Hour (of the great change). Say: "Only God has knowledge of it. Who knows? The Hour may be close at hand." 63 Allah has indeed cursed the disbelievers, and has kept prepared for them a blazing fire. 64 Abiders therein they shall be forever, and they shall find neither a protecting friend nor a helper. 65 On the day when their faces shall be turned back into the fire, they shall say: O would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Apostle! 66 And they would say: "Our Lord! We obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us as to the (right) Path. 67 “Our Lord! Give them double the punishment of the fire and send upon them a mighty curse!” 68
