Prostration

Didst thou (O Muhammad) observe him who turned away, 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Does he [claim to] have knowledge of something that is beyond the reach of human perception, so that he can see [it clearly]? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 That no laden one shall bear another's load, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 And that his striving shall soon be seen- 40 then he shall be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense, 41 And that to your Lord is the goal- 42 and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry, 43 and that it is He who causes to die, and causes to live 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 That it is He Who giveth wealth and satisfaction; 48 and that it is He alone who sustains the brightest star; 49 and that it is He who destroyed the ancient [tribes of] Ad 50 and Thamud, leaving no trace of them, 51 Like the people of Noah before them, who were surely oppressors and rebellious; 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 So there covered them that which covered. 54 Then which of thy Lord's bounties disputest thou? 55 He (Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) is a Herald of Warning, like the former Heralds of Warning. 56 The (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh: 57 None beside Allah can disclose it. 58 Do you then marvel at this discourse, 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 Will you occupy yourselves simply in merriment? 61 But fall ye down in prostration to Allah, and adore (Him)! ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Stars (Al-Najm). Sent down in Mecca after Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas) before He Frowned ('Abasa)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
