When Your Lord told Moses to go to the unjust people of the Pharaoh 10 the people of Pharaoh, who refuse to be conscious of Me!" 11 : He said: "O Lord, I fear that they will deny me. 12 "And my breast straitens, and my tongue expresses not well. So send for Harun (Aaron) (to come along with me). 13 They also have a sin against me, and I fear they will slay me.' 14 He said, “Not like this (any more); both of you go with Our signs, We are with you, All Hearing.” 15 Then come to Firon and say: Surely we are the apostles of the Lord of the worlds: 16 Let the children of Israel go with us!'" 17 (Pharaoh) said: "Did we not cherish thee as a child among us, and didst thou not stay in our midst many years of thy life? 18 And yet thou didst commit that [heinous] deed of thine, and [hast thus shown that] thou art one of the ingrate!" 19 Moses replied, "I did that when I was one of the misguided, 20 Then I ran away from you in fear, but my Lord granted me the law and has appointed me as a Messenger. 21 “And is this some great reward for which you express favour upon me that you have enslaved the Descendants of Israel?” 22 Pharaoh said: "And who is this Lord of the Universe?" 23 Moses replied, "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if you want to be certain". 24 Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said to those around: "Do you not hear (what he says)?" 25 He said: your Lord and the Lord of your ancient fathers. 26 Said he, 'Surely your Messenger who was sent to you is possessed!' 27 (Moses) said: "The Lord of the East and the Lord of the West and all that lies between them, if you have sense." 28 Fir'awn said: if thou wilt take a god other than me, I shall surely place thee among the prisoners. 29 (Moses) said: "Even if I showed you something clear (and) convincing?" 30 Said he, 'Bring it then, if thou art of the truthful.' 31 (No sooner had he said this than) Moses threw down his rod and behold, it was a veritable serpent, 32 And he drew forth his hand, and lo! it was white unto the beholders. 33

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
