The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
