Bring to mind Our servant Job who cried to his Lord, "Satan has afflicted me with distress and suffering." 41 [So he was told], "Strike [the ground] with your foot; this is a [spring for] a cool bath and drink." 42 And We gave to him his family, and the like of them with them, as a mercy from us, and a reminder unto men possessed of minds; 43 And We said, “Take a broom in your hand and strike her with it, and do not break your vow”; We indeed found him patiently enduring; what an excellent bondman! He is indeed most inclined. 44 Also, remember Our worshipers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, those of might and vision. 45 Verily We! We distinguished them with a distinct quality: the remembrance of the Abode. 46 And indeed they are, to Us, among the chosen and outstanding. 47 And make mention of Ishmael and Elisha and Dhu'l-Kifl. All are of the chosen. 48 This is a Reminder, and indeed for the cautious is a fine return, 49 #NAME? 50 They will be comfortably seated; reclining, they will call for abundant fruit and drink; 51 ۞ And beside them will be chaste women restraining their glances, (companions) of equal age. 52 This is what you, [the righteous], are promised for the Day of Account. 53 this, verily, shall be Our provision [for you,] with no end to it! 54 However, the rebellious ones will have the worst place to return. 55 Hell! Where they will burn, and worst (indeed) is that place to rest! 56 All this; so let them taste it - boiling water and pus, 57 and other similar to it, joined together. 58 This is a crowd rushing in along with you; no welcome for them; verily they are to roast in the Fire. 59 (The followers of the misleaders will say): "Nay, you (too)! No welcome for you! It is you (misleaders) who brought this upon us (because you misled us in the world), so evil is this place to stay in!" 60 They say, 'Our Lord, whoso forwarded this for us, give him a double chastisement in the Fire!' 61 And they say: What aileth us that we behold not men whom we were wont to count among the wicked? 62 Have we taken them in mockery? Or, have our eyes swerved from them?' 63 Verily, that is the very truth, the mutual dispute of the people of the Fire! 64
