And certainly the warning came to Firon's people. 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"? 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Rather, the Hour is their encounter. And that Hour will be most calamitous and bitter. 46 for, behold, those who are lost in sin [will at that time come to know that it is they who] were sunk in error and folly! 47 On the day when they are dragged into the Fire upon their faces (it is said unto them): Feel the touch of hell. 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And assuredly We have destroyed your likes; so is there any one who shall be admonished? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Verily, The Muttaqun (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). 54 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King. 55
