Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 It will be an Hour when those whose scales are heavy, they alone will attain success; 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 They will answer, "Lord, misfortune overcame us and we became an erring people. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 God will say, "Stay there and do not speak to Me. 108 Verily there was a party of My bondmen who said: our Lord! we have believed, wherefore forgive us and have mercy upon us, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones! 109 But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will say, "We remained a day or part of a day; ask those who enumerate." 113 He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known! 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 So, exalted be Allah, the True King! There is no god but He, the Lord of the Great Throne. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
