SAY: "O my Sustainer! If it be Thy will to let me witness [the fulfillment of] whatever they [who blaspheme against Thee] have been promised [to suffer] 93 O my Lord, put me not among the people of the evildoers.' 94 And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 And I seek refuge in Thee! O my Lord! from their presence. 98 Until when death overtakes one of them, he says: Send me back, my Lord, send me back; 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 but those whose scales are light shall forfeit their souls and live in Gehenna (Hell) for ever. 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our misfortune prevailed over us. We were indeed an erring people. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Did you imagine that We created you without any purpose, and that you will not be brought back to Us?" 115 So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! 116 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
