The human says: 'What, when I am dead, shall I be raised to life?' 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will bring them back to life with satan and gather them around hell in large groups. 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 We know best who deserve to be burnt in (the Fire). 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 And how many a generation We destroyed before them, who were fairer in furnishing and outward show! 74 (Muhammad), tell them, "The Beneficent God gives respite to those who have gone astray only until they face the torment with which they were threatened or to the Day of Judgment. Then they will find out who will have the most miserable place and the weakest forces. 75 And God endows those who avail themselves of [His] guidance with an ever-deeper consciousness of the right way; and good deeds, the fruit whereof endures forever, are, in thy Sustainer's sight, of far greater merit [than any worldly goods,] and yield far better returns. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Has he known the unseen or has he taken a covenant from the Most Beneficent (Allah)? 78 Absolutely not, We will record his words and prolong his punishment. 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 They have taken other gods instead of Allah that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
